Functions of CIQA

To make sure learners always receive good-quality services and support.
To ensure continuous improvement in all the operations and processes of the GGSIPU.
To identify the key areas in which the University needs to maintain and strengthen quality.
To share and spread information on quality assurance practices.
To develop mechanisms for interaction and feedback with various departments, centres, or schools within the University.
To recommend suitable measures to the University for qualitative improvement.
To make sure the suggested improvements are put into action through regular monitoring.
To ensure learners, teachers, staff, parents, employers, and the government all take part in the Quality Improvement Process.
To prepare the Programme Project Report (PPR) needed before launching any new Programme(s).
To collect, organise, and share correct and reliable information about the quality of each programme(s).
