This profound thought continues to inspire our vision at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also sets an ambitious vision of significantly expanding access to higher education and enhancing the Gross Enrolment Ratio to 50 per cent by 2035.
