{"id":318,"date":"2026-07-29T08:00:54","date_gmt":"2026-07-29T08:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/localhost\/?page_id=318"},"modified":"2026-07-29T08:00:54","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T08:00:54","slug":"activities-of-ciqa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/activities-of-ciqa\/","title":{"rendered":"Activities of CIQA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To fulfil the objectives, the Centre for Internal Quality Assurance shall:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare a Programme Project Report (PPR) for each programme, in accordance with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the Commission and other relevant regulatory authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the Programme Project Report (PPR) is duly approved by the appropriate authority of the University, as well as the Commission, before the programme is launched.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the development of Self-Learning Material (SLM), integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), establishment of Learning Centres, and coordination with the University and relevant regulatory authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up a monitoring mechanism to ensure that Programme Project Reports are properly implemented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design annual plans for enhancing quality levels and ensure they are properly carried out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange for feedback from students, employers, and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop quality benchmarks and parameters for the University academic and administrative activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather information from other Higher Education Institutions on quality benchmarks and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize workshops and seminars on quality-related themes and share the outcomes across the GGSIPU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend restructuring programmes to keep them relevant to current job market needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement innovative practices that enhance the quality of services provided to learners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an environment that is centered on learners&#8217; needs rather than institutional convenience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adopt measures to embed quality enhancement practices into the University culture through periodic accreditation and audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct or encourage system-based research to bring about meaningful improvement across the University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a link between the University and the Commission on quality-related matters and guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document all quality assurance activities in the form of an annual report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the\u00a0Institutional\u00a0efforts toward recognition and accreditation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To fulfil the objectives, the Centre for Internal Quality Assurance shall:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-318","page","type-page","status-publish"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/318","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=318"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/318\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":319,"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/318\/revisions\/319"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cdoe.ipu.ac.in\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=318"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
